摘要
为克服静压支承系统中滑阀型和薄膜型两种常用的反馈式节流器的不足,根据静压支承系统需求,设计了一种圆台形滑阀反馈节流器结构,并介绍了其工作原理。分析圆台形滑阀节流静压支承系统的静动态特性,节流器的进油变量指数与支承油腔排油变量指数相当,使其动态响应较高,在有外加载荷作用时,根据系统模型方程讨论了支承刚度、油膜间隙、稳定性及幅频特性,并结合支承腔油膜间隙近似不变原则,推导出了节流器相关结构参数的设计公式。
To meet the demand of hydrostatic bearing system,a kind of circular truncated cone-shaped slide valve feedback throttle structure is designed and introduced in the present paper.The static and dynamic characteristics of the throttle static pressure support system of the circular truncated cone-shaped slide valve are analyzed.The results show that higher the dynamic response of the throttle static pressure support system is introduced as the index of the input variable of the throttle is equal to the index of the oil discharge variable of the supporting oil cavity.The stiffness,oil film gap,stability and amplitude-frequency characteristics are discussed according to the system model equation.The restrictor design formulas is derived according to the principle of approximate invariance of the oil film gap in the support cavity.
