摘要
静压轴承节流器对轴承的承载能力和油膜刚性起决定性作用。根据静压轴承节流作用机理,推导和建立毛细管、小孔、滑阀反馈、薄膜反馈4种节流方式下的静压轴承承载能力和油膜刚性的数学模型,对4种节流方式下的静压轴承油膜承载性能进行计算与分析。计算结果表明:采用固定节流器的静压轴承油膜刚性较差、承载能力低,采用可变节流器的静压轴承承载能力较高,理论上可达到无穷大的油膜刚度。
Hydrostatic bearing throttleers play a decisive roll on load capacity and oil film rigidity. The mathematical models of the load capacity and the oil film rigidity of the hydrostatic bearings throttled by capillary, pore, slide valve feedback, film feedback were built based on the throttle mechanism of the hydrostatic bearings. The load characteristics of the hydrostatic bearings throttled by the four throttleer types were computed and analysed. The computation results show that the hydrostatic bearings throttled by fixed throttleer have poor oil film rigidity and low load capability, while the hydrostatic bearings throttled by alterable throttleer have higher load capability and can obtain infinite oil film rigidity in theory.
