摘要
探讨新型梳棉机核心梳理区关键零部件热变形问题。对梳棉机运转过程中固定盖板温升、圆墙板温升和热变形进行了测试,分析了热变形的特点,以及梳理部件热变形对梳理质量的影响。介绍了目前所采取的优化制造材料、在线隔距检测技术、隔距稳定技术等。认为:对于新型梳棉机核心梳理区关键零部件的热变形问题,应采取系统性预防措施;纺纱厂在设备维护保养和工艺配置时也要充分考虑热变形对生产的影响。
Thermal deformation of key components in new carding machine core carding area was discussed.Temperature rise of stationary flat,temperature rise of round wall plate and thermal deformation during operation of carding machine were tested,characteristics of thermal deformation and effect of carding components thermal deformation on carding quality were analyzed.Currently adopted optimized manufacturing materials,online gauge detection technology and gauge stabilization technology were introduced.It is considered that for thermal deformation of key components in new carding machine core carding area,systematic preventive measures should be taken.Impact of thermal deformation on production during equipment maintenance and process configuration should be also fully considered for spinning mills.
