摘要
掘进工作面粉尘浓度大、治理困难,给煤矿生产带来巨大安全隐患。以辛置煤矿2-208运输巷掘进面为工程背景,总结得到掘进面粉尘主要来源于掘进机割煤过程、钻机钻孔过程、运输转载点扬尘,综合采用优化通风方式、水幕降尘、活性磁化水降尘等技术措施,在辛置煤矿2-208运输巷掘进面进行了防治实施应用,试验巷道粉尘防治取得了良好的效果。
In view of the huge safety hazards brought to coal mine production due to the high dust concentration and difficult control of the tunneling work,taking the 2-208 transport roadway driving face of Xinzhi Colliery as the engineering background,the paper concludes that the heading face dust mainly comes from the coal cutting process of the roadheader,the drilling process of the drilling machine,and the flying dust at the transport transfer point,it also proposes technical measures such as optimized ventilation methods,water curtain dust reduction,and active magnetized water dust reduction,which achieves good results in the prevention and control of roadway dust.
