摘要
针对麦垛山矿采掘工作面严重热害问题,在分析了国内外矿井降温技术的基础上,提出了基于 ZLF-450 机组的局部矿井降温技术方法。根据矿井热负荷需求,在实施过程中,采用机组 3 用 1 备的串、并联运行模式,冷凝器散热通过设置在回风巷道冷却器进行喷淋排热。通过测试,工作面平均干球温度由 31 ℃降低到 27.5 ℃,平均降低了 3.5 ℃,相对湿度平均降低了 10%,平均等效温度降低到 26 ℃以下。在实际运行过程中,降温效果良好,可为同类矿井降温技术提供参考。
In view of serious thermal hazard on mining face of Maiduoshan Colliery,on the basis of analyzing the mine cooling technology at home and abroad,the paper proposed the local mine cooling technology based on ZLF-450 engine set.According to the demand in thermal load of the mine,during the process of technical implementation,serial and parallel operation mode of 3 sets in service and 1 set as backup was applied,and the condenser was cooled by spraying of the cooler mounted in return air tunnel.Test results showed the average dry-bulb temperature on mining face reduced from 31 ℃ to 27.5 ℃ with average decrease of 3.5 ℃,the average relative humidity reduced by 10%,and the average equivalent temperature reduced to below 26 ℃.The cooling effects were excellent during actual operation process,which offered reference for the cooling technology in similar mines.
