摘要
生产矿井若设计初期未考虑降温系统或冷量考虑不足,后期需增加井下冷量时,受井筒内的管路制约难以实现。提出了新的降温系统布置设计,将地面和井下制冷相结合,送到井下的冷冻水先制冷,再部分作为冷却水使用,增大循环水的温差,在保持井筒管路不变的情况下,可增大其输冷能力。通过设计实例论证了联合降温系统的可行性。
If the cooling system is not considered or the cooling capacity is not adequately considered in the initial design of the production mine,it is difficult to increase underground cooling capacity in the later stage due to constraints of pipeline inside the wellbore.A new cooling system layout design was proposed,which combined surface and underground refrigeration.The chilled water sent to underground was first cooled and then partially used as cooling water to increase the temperature difference of circulating water.While keeping the wellbore pipeline unchanged,its cooling capacity can be increased.The feasibility of the joint cooling system was demonstrated through design examples.
