摘要
选取华东地区六省一市2010-2019年的中等职业教育发展相关数据,利用Malmquist指数进行动态效率分析,结果显示华东地区各省份的全要素生产率虽有波动,但总体上处于上升状态。在实证分析的基础上,剖析华东地区中等职业教育发展的困境,并结合华东地区的社会经济发展状况提出政策建议。
A dynamic efficiency analysis was made by using Malquist index based on the data of the development of secondary vocational education of the six provinces and one city in east China from 2010 to 2019.The results showed that the total factor productivity of the provinces in east China was in a rising state on the whole despite some fluctuations.Therefore,on the basis of the empirical analysis,the dilemma of secondary vocational educational development in east China is analyzed and policy suggestions are put forward based on the social and economic environment in east China.
