摘要
目的:探讨影响药学本科生临床药学实习效果的危险因素。方法:选取合肥医学院2015级146名药学专业本科生,根据实习效果分为实习效果满意组(n=89)和实习效果不满意组(n=57),采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析影响药学本科生临床药学实习效果的危险因素。结果:在实习效果不满意组中准备考研考试的学生比例明显高于实习效果满意组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在实习效果满意组中,带教老师负责、积极参与临床和轮转安排合理的学生比例明显高于实习效果不满意组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示影响药学本科生临床药学实习效果的危险因素包括准备考研考试、带教老师负责和积极参与临床(P均<0.05)。结论:在药学本科实习中影响学生实习效果的主要因素是准备考研考试,在今后的教学中需要重点关注和合理引导学生考研安排。
Objective:To explore the risk factors that affects the effect of clinical pharmacy practice for pharmacy undergraduates.Methods:146 pharmacy undergraduates from the 2015 grade of Zunyi Medical College were selected and divided into a satisfactory group(n=89)and a dissatisfied group(n=57)according to the effect of the internship.Single-factor analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors that affect the effect of clinical pharmacy practice for undergraduates.Results:The proportion of students preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination in the dissatisfied group was significantly higher than that in the satisfactory group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the satisfactory group,the proportion of students whose teachers were responsible for,actively participating in clinical practice and reasonable rotation arrangements was significantly higher than that in the dissatisfied group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors that affected the effect of clinical pharmacy practice of pharmacy undergraduates included preparation for postgraduate entrance examination,teacher responsibility and active participation in clinical practice(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The main factor that affects the effect of students’internship in pharmacy undergraduate is preparation for postgraduate entrance examinations.In the future teaching,we need to focus on and reasonably guide students’arrangements for postgraduate entrance examinations.
