多元化教学模式在药学专业带教中的运用价值

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学模式在药学专业带教中的运用价值。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月衡阳市中心医院药剂科的药学专业实习生60名,根据随机数字表法分组,常规组(30名)施以常规化教学模式,观察组(30名)施以多元化教学模式,比较两组带教结果。结果观察组实习生的教学成绩、综合能力、岗位胜任力均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组实习生的教学满意度为96.67%(29/30),优于常规组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05)。结论在药学专业带教中实施多元化教学模式,可提高教学成绩、综合能力、教学满意度、岗位胜任力。 Objective To explore the application value of diversified teaching mode in pharmaceutical teaching.Methods Sixty interns majoring in pharmacy in the Department of Pharmacy of Hengyang Central Hospital from Janu-ary 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,thirty in-terns taught by routine teaching mode and thirty interns taught by diversified teaching mode,which were the routine group and the observation group.The teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the routine group,the teaching achievement,comprehensive ability and post competence of interns in the observation group were all better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than 80.00%(20/30)in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing diversified teaching mode in pharmaceutical teaching can improve teaching achievement,comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction and post competence.
