摘要
为改善民生拓展需求,应深挖全民健身消费活力与发展潜力。以民生需求为导向,采用文献资料法、因子分析法、结构方程模型法等,通过量度需求偏好、沉浸体验、顾客契合、消费行为等内容,构建并检验了全民健身消费驱动模型。结果显示:需求偏好、沉浸体验、顾客契合是全民健身消费行为的驱动因子;沉浸体验、顾客契合在全民健身消费驱动模型中具有中介效应。鉴于此,从厘清大众需求偏好、增强沉浸体验效果、提高顾客契合度、优化健身消费行为等方面入手,提出引导全民健身消费持续化、健康化发展的对策及建议,以期有效满足人民美好生活需要、促进消费业态繁荣发展。
In order to improve people’s livelihood and expansion demand,we should deeply tap the consumption vitality and development potential of national fitness.Guided by the needs of people’s livelihood,this study constructs and tests the consumption-driven model of national fitness by measuring demand preference,immersion experience,customer fit,consumption behavior and so on by using the methods of literature,factor analysis,structural equation modeling,etc.The results show that demand preference,immersion experience and customer fit are the driving factors of national fitness consumption behavior;Immersion experience and customer fit have intermediary effects in the national fitness consumption-driven model.In view of this,the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to guide the sustainable and healthy development of national fitness consumption from the aspects of clarifying public demand preference,enhancing the effect of immersion experience,improving customer fit and optimizing fitness consumption behavior,so as to effectively meet the needs of people’s better life and promote the prosperity and development of consumption formats.
