摘要
为探究在运动训练情境下教练员领导行为对运动员运动投入的影响,以及教练员-运动员关系变量在其中的中介效应,运用问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法等研究方法,向运动员发放问卷,对变量进行测量与检验分析。研究结果显示:1)教练员领导行为中的训练指导行为、民主行为、社会支持行为、奖赏行为对运动员运动投入和教练员-运动员关系变量具有显著正向影响;专制行为对运动员运动投入和教练员-运动员关系变量具有显著负向影响。2)教练员-运动员关系变量在训练指导行为和社会支持行为对运动员运动投入影响中起部分中介作用;在民主行为、专制行为和奖赏行为对运动员运动投入影响中起到完全中介作用。
In the context of athletic training,in order to explore the influence of coach leadership behavior on athlete engagement and the mediating role of coach-athlete relationship,this paper uses the research methods of questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to issue questions to athletes,and measure,test and analyze the variables.The results show that:1)the training guidance behavior,democratic behavior,social support behavior and reward behavior of coach leadership behavior have a significant positive impact on athlete engagement and coach-athlete relationship variables;Autocratic behavior has a significant negative impact on athlete engagement and coach-athlete relationship variables.2)Coach-athlete relationship variables play a partial mediating role in the influence of training guidance behavior and social support behavior on athlete engagement;Coach-athlete relationship variables play a complete intermediary role in the influence of democratic behavior,autocratic behavior and reward behavior on athlete engagement.
