摘要
目的分析疏风通窍汤治疗急性分泌性中耳炎临床有效性及缩短治疗时间。方法选取德州市中医院耳鼻喉科2018年7月—2020年7月收治的80例分泌性急性中耳炎患儿,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(40例,47耳)和干预组(40例,50耳),对照组选择西药进行治疗,干预组在西药治疗的基础上加用疏风通窍汤进行治疗,对比两组的中医症候积分、治疗效果、气导阈值、疗程以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,干预组的中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的治疗效率为84.00%明显高于对照组的63.83%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.152,P<0.05);干预组治疗后的气导阈值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的疗程(1.39±0.44)周明显短于对照组的(1.76±0.52)周,差异有统计学意义(t=4.815,P<0.05);两组无明显的用药不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分泌性急性中耳炎的治疗中应用疏风通窍汤的效果显著,能提升治疗效果,加快患儿恢复健康,缩短治疗时间,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media and shorten the treatment time.Methods A total of 80 children with secretory acute otitis media admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Dezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases,47 ears)and an intervention group(40 cases,50 ears),the control group selected western medicine for treatment,and the intervention group was treated with Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment.The TCM syndrome score,treatment effect,air conduction threshold,treatment course and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the intervention group was 84.00%significantly higher than that of the control group 63.83%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.152,P<0.05).After treatment,the intervention group of the air conduction threshold was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment course of the intervention group(1.39±0.44)weeks was significantly shorter than that of the control group(1.76±0.52)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.815,P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reaction,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shufeng Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of secretory acute otitis media has a significant effect.It can improve the treatment effect,speed up the recovery of children,shorten the treatment time,and has high safety.
