摘要
目的:探讨治肺祛痰法治疗渗出性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将已确诊的92例患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例用治肺祛痰中药(桑白皮、葶苈子、柴胡、黄芩、鱼腥草、金银花、辛夷等)治疗,对照组46例口服沐舒坦,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、纯音听阈和鼓室导抗图等的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组为69.6%;两组的咽鼓管功能、听力情况、鼓室图变化等均有显著差异。结论:治肺祛痰法是治疗渗出性中耳炎的有效疗法。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of lung cure with dispelling phlegm on otitis media with effusion.Methods： 92 confirmed diagnosis patients,were randomly divided into two groups： treatment and control group.Each group contains 46 cases.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Control group were treated with oral Ambroxol.The variation of symptoms,physical signs,tympanogram and pure-tone hearing thresholds were compared with before treatment both treatment and control groups.Results： Clinical treatment group showed good results： the total effective rate of treatment group is 80% ,compared with that of control group,69.6% .There was significant difference.Conclusion： Lung cure with dispelling phlegm is a effective therapy to otitis media with effusion.
