摘要
基于JKMD5.7型提升机及天轮结构特点,利用有限元分析方法,对天轮的结构性能进行仿真研究,结果表明,天轮的左上侧、右上侧及对应轮辐等区域是整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易影响天轮及提升机运行安全,根据该分析结论对天轮进行结构优化改进设计及仿真分析,表明改进后的新型天轮具有更高的结构强度,更能满足与钢丝绳的接触作业配合。
The structural characteristics of JKMD5.7 hoist and crown wheel are analyzed,and the structural performance of the existing crown wheel is studied by using the finite element analysis method.The analysis shows that the upper left side,upper right side and corresponding spokes of the crown wheel are the weak parts of the whole structure,which is very easy to affect the operation safety of the crown wheel and hoist.Through the structural optimization and improvement design and analysis of the crown wheel,it is concluded that the improved new crown wheel has higher structural strength and can better meet the contact operation cooperation with the steel wire rope.
