摘要
对传统换绳工艺和新换绳工艺进行了对比分析。对钢丝绳在新换绳工艺过程中使用绳卡和不使用绳卡的受力情况进行了分析,并对新换绳工艺提出了建议。
The paper contrasted a new rope replacing technology with traditional rope replacing technology, and analyzed the force state of the wire rope with application of rope clamp and without application of rope clamp during new rope replacing process. In addition, it proposed suggestions for the new rope replacing technology.
