摘要
以自贸区格局下江苏港口群的物流发展情况为研究对象,分别对南京港、苏州港以及连云港港的港口物流发展现状进行分析,并运用SWOT分析方法分析三大港口群的优劣势以及发展机遇和面临的挑战,根据港口的内外部形势和政府政策等提出发展对策,建议港口结合自身发展优势引进物流人才,提高信息化水平和软硬件实力,发展多式联运并完善港口物流协同机制,同时降低碳排放量。
Taking the logistics development situation of the port group in Jiangsu within the free trade zone arrangement as the research object, we analyzed the logistics development status of Nanjing Port, Suzhou Port and Lianyungang Port respectively, used the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three port groups, as well as their opportunities and threats, and at the end, in light of the external and internal situation of the ports and the government policy environment, proposed the countermeasures for the better development of the ports, including recommending the ports to bring in logistics talents suiting their own competitive strength, improving the informatization level, software and hardware capabilities of the ports, developing multimodal transport and improving the port logistics coordination mechanism, and at the same time reducing carbon emissions, etc.
