摘要
随着数字经济进程的加速,作为数字服务贸易业的跨境电商新业态极大地推动着我国外贸的增长。纺织业是我国的主要出口行业,数字经济有效推动了国内众多纺织企业的数字化发展和转型,赋予了企业重构模式的新契机。加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合是我国现阶段经济发展战略之一。以纺织企业数字化转型的必要性为切入点,分析企业转型面临的产品、物流、运营、风险问题,从推进跨境电商模式、精确目标定位、注重品牌效益以及建立合规体系等方面提出了建议。
With the acceleration of the digital economy,the new form of cross-border e-commerce as a digital service trade industry is greatly driving the growth of China's foreign trade.The textile industry is China's main export industry,and the digital economy has effectively promoted the digital development and transformation of many domestic textile enterprises,giving them new opportunities to restructure their models.Accelerating the development of the digital economy and promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is one of China's current economic development strategies.Starting from the necessity of digital transformation in textile enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems faced by enterprise transformation in terms of products,logistics,operations and risks.Suggestions are proposed from promoting cross-border e-commerce models,precise target positioning,focusing on brand benefits,and establishing compliance systems.
