基于自适应理念的人性化减速带设计

摘要 目前道路上安装的减速带都属于简易类型,无论车辆是否超速,它们都会使车辆感受颠簸后通过。基于自适应理念设计了人性化减速带。当车辆在限速范围内通过时,减速带以水平限位铰链为轴转动到与路面平齐位置,让车轮平顺通过减速带;当车辆在超速情况下通过时,减速带无法以水平限位铰链为轴转动,从而制造出路面高低差,使车辆颠簸振动通过减速带。 Speed bumps currently installed on roads are of the simple type that cause vehicles to experience bumps and pass whether they are speeding or not.The humanized speed bump is designed based on adaptive concept.When the vehicle passes within the speed limit range,it rotates to the level of the road with the horizontal limit hinge as the axis,so that the wheels smoothly pass through the speed bump;When the vehicle passes through the speed limit,the bump cannot rotate with the horizontal limit hinge as the axis,thus creating the road height difference and making the vehicle jolt through the speed bump.
