摘要
微针作为一种新型药物递送系统,可克服大多数药物理化性质和皮肤屏障的限制,并具有微创、无痛等特点,已被用于皮肤癌的治疗研究中。近几年,国内外研究者已经探究了微针辅助的聚合物、光热、基因、免疫等多种方案在皮肤癌治疗方面的应用。本文阐述了微针制剂的特点及应用的效果,以期为微针药物递送系统的开发及临床应用提供更多参考。
As a novel drug delivery system,microneedles can overcome the limitations of physicochemical properties of most drugs and skin barrier.Now microneedles have also been widely studied in skin cancers due to their advantages of painless and minimally invasive properties.In recent years,researchers have explored the application of microneedle-assisted polymers,photothermal therapy,gene therapy,immunotherapy and other schemes in skin cancer treatment.This paper introduces the characteristics and applications of microneedles,hoping to provide more references for the development and clinical application of microneedle drug delivery systems.
