摘要
微针是一种集注射和透皮为一体的物理透皮给药技术,具有无痛、微创的特点。根据微针的结构可将其分为空心和实心微针,其中实心微针又可分为包衣微针、自溶性微针、水凝胶微针。微针的作用机制是在皮肤间打开一个孔道使药物直接穿过皮肤的表皮层,从而更快地吸收入血,发挥疗效。微针应用广泛,包括促进水溶性药物及大分子药物的透皮吸收,其主要应用于疾病的长期治疗、免疫生物治疗、疾病诊断和美容应用等领域。从微针的分类、制备所需条件及微针的现代应用方面对微针研究进行综述,为微针的临床应用提供依据。
Microneedle is one of a Physical Promote Infiltration Technologies that integrates injection and transdermal,it is painless and minimally invasive.The researchers divided the microneedles into hollow microneedles and solid microneedles based on their structure,and the latter were divided into coated microneedles,dissolving microneedles,and hydrogel microneedles.The mechanism of action of microneedles is to open a hole between the skin so that the drug can enter directly through the skin epidermal layer,and faster absorption into the blood,play the curative effect.At present,Microneedles are widely used to promote the transdermal absorption of water soluble drugs and macromolecules drugs,They are mainly used in long-term treatment of diseases,,immunobiological administration,disease diagnosis and cosmetic field.In this paper,described the classification of microneedle,the condition of microneedle preparation,and the modern application of microneedle.
