摘要
统一潮流控制器和风电接入输电线路导致传统纵差保护不能适应新的电网形态。针对含有UPFC和风电场的输电线路设计了基于数据挖掘的纵差保护方案。首先通过Kalman滤波相量测量单元进行相量估计,梳理出了21项可能的故障特征,并进行相应计算。当故障特征出现在线路两端时,则得到相应的差分特征。通过决策树对得到的差分特征量进行处理,得到最终保护动作决策。利用仿真模型对所提出的方法进行了仿真分析,首先分析了决策树对故障分类结果的正确性,然后研究了不同故障参数下的可靠性指标,说明了所提方法的适用性。
Unified power flow controllers and wind power access to transmission lines have prevented traditional differential protection from adapting to new grid configurations.a data mining based differential protection scheme for transmission lines containing UPFC and wind farms IS designed.Firstly,the Kalman filter phasor measurement unit is used to estimate the phasor,and 21 possible fault characteristics are figured out and calculated accordingly.When a fault feature appears at both ends of the line,the corresponding differential feature is obtained.The obtained differential feature quantity is processed by the decision tree to obtain the final protection action decision.The simulation model is used to simulate and analyze the proposed method.The correctness of the classification result of the decision tree is analyzed.Then the reliability index under different fault parameters is studied,and the applicability of the proposed method is illustrated.
