基于PID算法的超级电容组无线恒功率充电控制分析 被引量:6

摘要 超级电容组进行直接充电时存在功率损耗。随着时间增加,充电功率逐渐降低。采用无线恒功率充电,能恒定充电功率,拓宽应用范围。针对超级电容组进行恒功率无线充电的研究,设计了无线充电系统的硬件,并采用经典PID控制算法实现了恒功率充电。硬件设计中给出了无线电能传输环节的硬件设计、充电环节的硬件设计和超级电容组的硬件设计。软件设计中给出了PID控制算法的设计。对系统的硬件设计、无线电能传输原理、恒功率充电PID控制算法做了详细分析。实验中对硬件电路、PID控制算法进行了单独测试,得出了实际测试结果,对直接充电方式、恒压充电方式、恒流充电方式和恒功率充电方式进行了对比测试,得出实验结果曲线,并对结果做出分析,得出恒功率充电方式的优越性。 When the super-capacitors are charged directly,there is power loss and with the increase of time,the charging power decreases gradually.Wireless constant power charging can keep the charging power constant and broaden the application range.The constant power wireless charging of super-capacitors is researched.The hardware of wireless charging system is designed.The classical PID control algorithm is used to realize constant power charging.In the hardware design,the hardware design of radio energy transmission link,charging link and super-capacitors are given.The design of PID control algorithm is given in the software design.The hardware design of the system,the principle of radio energy transmission and the PID control algorithm of constant power charging are analyzed in detail.In the experiment,the hardware circuit and PID control algorithm are tested separately,the actual test results are obtained,the direct charging mode,constant voltage charging mode,constant current charging mode and constant power charging mode are compared and tested,the curve of experimental results is obtained,and the results are analyzed,and the advantages of the constant power charging mode are obtained.
