摘要
为了深入研究超级电容的容量与端电压、充放电电流的关系,设计并实现了基于LabVIEW的超级电容容量动态测试系统。对超级电容容量的测试方法、信号调理电路的设计、传感器及数据采集卡的选型进行了介绍,详细阐述了基于LabVIEW的软件设计,着重分析了超级电容端电压随时间的变化情况,并在此基础上研究了超级电容容量随端电压及充放电电流的变化情况。系统测试结果表明,该系统可以准确、同步地采集超级电容特征数据,确定端电压、充放电电流对超级电容容量的影响。
To investigate the relationship of charging/discharging current, terminal voltage and capacitance of the supercapacitot, the dynamic test system is designed and implemented. In the system, it introduces measurement methods of the supercapacitor, design of the signal conditioning circuits, selection of the sensor and data acquisition card. The software design based on LabVIEW is elaborated in detail. The change of terminal voltage versus time is analyze& And then, the changes of the capacitance versus the terminal voltage and the charging/discharging current are researched. The test results show that it can acquire data of the supercapacitor accurately and real-timely in the system. The influences of voltage and charging/discharging current on capaci tance of the supercapacitor are defined.
