摘要 刮板输送机具有生产效率高、运行可靠等的特点,成为井下综合采煤系统中不可或缺的运输组成部分,为工作运行的采煤机提供运行轨道,同时也为煤矿井下的安全生产和高效率生产提供一定的保障,而中部槽作为其重要的组成部分,它的磨损和破坏在生产运行中极易引起生产事故。文中介绍了中部槽的位置及刮板机的运行方式,重点应用Solid Edge、ANSYS Workbench等软件对刮板输送机的中部槽进行三维建模及有限元分析,为生产运行提供一定的数据支撑和参考。 Scraper conveyor has the characteristics of high production efficiency and reliable operation. It has become an indispensable part of the underground coal mining system. It provides the running track for the working coal mining machine and provides a guarantee for the coal mine safe production and high-efficiency production underground. The middle groove is an important part. Its wear and damage can easily cause production accidents during production and operation. This paper briefly explains the position of the middle groove and operation mode of the scraper. Solid Edge,ANSYS Workbench and other software are used to perform 3 D modeling and finite element analysis on the middle groove of the scraper conveyor, providing certain data support and reference for production and operation.
