摘要
在构建理论模型的基础上,基于2016年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,研究高校扩招政策对农村大学生群体创业行为的影响及其传导机制,并尝试对其可能产生的后果进行分析。研究发现:高校扩招政策实施后,农村大学生的平均创业率提高了5%左右;高校扩招政策对农村大学生创业行为的影响存在地区、性别、家庭背景及时间动态异质性;高校扩招政策刺激农村大学生创业是因为高校扩招政策对劳动力市场的冲击导致农村大学生教育回报率下降;虽然高校扩招后农村大学生的教育回报率依然显著为正,但高校扩招政策确实提高了农村大学生对"读书无用论"观点的支持。
On the basis of constructing the theoretical model and based on the data of 2016 China Labor Force Dynamic Survey(CLDS),this paper studies how the enrollment expansion policy affects the entrepreneurial behavior of rural college students and its transmission mechanism,and tries to analyze the possible consequences.The results show that after the implementation of the college enrollment expansion policy,the average entrepreneurship rate of rural college students has increased by 5%,and the impact of college enrollment expansion policy on rural college students’entrepreneurial behavior has regional,gender,family background and time dynamic heterogeneity.The reason why the college enrollment expansion policy stimulates the entrepreneurship of rural college students is that the impact of the university enrollment expansion policy on the labor market leads to a low rate of return on education for rural college students.Although the rate of return on education of rural college students is still significantly positive after the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the policy of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities does improve the support of rural college students to the view of"Useless of Study".
