摘要
采用控制变量法探究不同染色压力对羊毛结构和亲水性能的影响,分别在不同的压力条件下对单纤线密度为7.4 tex的毛条进行处理,测量处理前后羊毛纤维的表观形貌、结晶度和亲水性能,分析引起羊毛亲水性能变化的原因。结果表明,随着染色压力的增大,羊毛纤维的鳞片层破坏程度加剧,结晶度降低。当染色压力为0.52 MPa时,其亲水性能最好。
The influence of different dyeing pressures on the structure and hydrophilic properties of wool was studied.Wool top with 7.4 tex fiber was treated with different dyeing pressures.The surface morphology,degree of crystallinity and hydrophilic properties of the wool fibers were investigated before and after the treatment.The internal causes of the changes in hydrophilic properties of wool fiber were analyzed.The experimental results showed that as the dyeing pressure increased,the damage of the scale layer of the wool fiber increased and the degree of crystallinity decreased.When the dyeing pressure was 0.52 MPa,the hydrophilic property of the treated wool fiber was the best.
