摘要
目的研究探讨12-16岁少年亲子冲突、校园氛围感知、大五人格与校园欺凌角色行为的关系。方法采用欺凌参与行为问卷、亲子冲突问卷、校园氛围感知问卷和中学生人格五因素问卷对杭州市249名12-16岁少年进行施测。结果12-16岁少年的亲子冲突对受害行为和局外人行为的预测作用分别受到大五人格中情绪性和谨慎性的调节;校园氛围感知对受害行为的预测作用受到大五人格中外向性、宜人性、谨慎性和开放性的调节,对助人行为的预测作用受到外向性和宜人性的调节。结论亲子冲突和校园氛围感知是12-16岁少年校园欺凌角色行为的重要预测因素,且人格特质在其中起调节作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between parent-child conflict,perception of school climate,big-five personality and bullying role behaviors in 12 to 16-year-old teenagers.Methods 249 teenagers aged from 12 to 16 in Hangzhou were investigated with Bullying Participant Behaviors Questionnaire,parent-child conflict questionnaire,perception of school climate questionnaire and five factor personality questionnaire.Results The predictive function of parent-child conflict on victimization behavior and outsider behavior are moderated by neuroticism and conscientiousness of big-five personality respectively;the predictive function of perceived school climate on victimization behavior is moderated by extroversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness,and the predictive function of perceived school climate on defending behavior is moderated by extroversion and agreeableness.Conclusion Parent-child conflict and perceived school climate are important predictors of bullying role behavior,and personality plays a moderating role.
