摘要
流水作业法SK-2型双块式轨枕预制施工工艺已成熟多年,配套工装设备基本满足正常预制需求,但是关键装备未得到大的发展,劳动力密集、施工环境差、效率低、质量把控难等问题难以解决。从实践出发,运用智能机械人、精准定位系统、激光图像检测、大数据分析等技术,针对清模、钢筋安装、精准布料、高精度检测等装备进行不断研究改进,形成双块式轨枕预制智能化关键成套装备。智能化关键成套装备的成功应用,减少了劳动力、提高了生产质量、提升了生产效率,真正意义上实现了减人提质增效,为PC构件生产线提升技术水平提供了参考。
The flow-through method SK-2 double-block sleeper prefabrication construction technology has been mature for many years,and the supporting tooling equipment basically meets the normal prefabrication requirements,but the key equipment has not been greatly developed,and problems such as labor-intensiveness,poor construction environment,low efficiency and difficulty in quality control are difficult to solve.Therefore,the research,based on a real project,applied intelligent robots,precise positioning systems,laser image detection technology,big data analysis and other technologies to continuously study and improve equipment targeting at mold cleaning,steel reinforcement installation,precise fecding,high-precision detection,etc.,to form a double-block sleeper prefabrication.The employment of the intelligent key complete sets of equipment reduced labor,improved production quality and the production efficiency.In a real sense,it has realized the role of reducing labor while improving quality and increasing efficiency,and it can provide reference for boosting the PC component production line.
