摘要
目的探讨观察系统健康教育在类风湿关节炎护理中的作用。方法选择2018年3月至2019年7月我院收治的200例类风湿关节炎患者,将其随机分成对照组、研究组,每组100例。对照组进行常规宣教,而研究组采取系统健康教育模式进行干预。对比观察两组患者干预前后的生活质量、疼痛评分以及心理状态,同时,调查分析患者对疾病健康知识的掌握程度。结果两组患者干预前的生活质量评分、VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),而干预后,研究组上述指标明显优于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。对疾病知识的掌握程度,研究组优良率为87.00%,高于对照组的63.00%,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在类风湿关节炎护理中系统健康教育的作用显著,建议在临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the role of systematic health education in nursing of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,200 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine education,while the research group received systematic health education.The quality of life,pain score and mental state of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and observed.At the same time,the mastery of disease health knowledge of the patients was investigated and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life score,VAS score,SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the above indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The mastery of disease knowledge in the study group was 87.00%,higher than 63.00% in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education plays an important role in the nursing of rheumatoid arthritis.It is suggested that it should be popularized in clinical practice.
