摘要
目的研究中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎的护理干预及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。给予对照组患者常规治疗及护理,观察组患者在常规治疗护理基础上加用中药熏蒸,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后关节疼痛评分、心理状况及生活质量的差异。结果观察组与对照组临床治疗总有效率分别为93.3%和83.3%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组关节疼痛评分、SAS及SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分及总分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸治疗类风湿关节炎并加强护理干预,可显著减轻患者疼痛,提高疗效,并显著改善患者心理状态及生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and nursing intervention in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 60 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing,while those in the study group were treated with herbal fumigation based on routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,joint pain score,psychological status and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%,significantly higher than that of the control group (83.3%),P<0.01.The joint pain scores,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life scores and total scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with nursing intervention can significantly relieve the pain of patients,improve the curative effect,and greatly ameliorate the psychological status and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
