摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮联合全方位系统护理干预治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2019年10月收治的70例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,两组均给予胺碘酮治疗,随机进行分组,常规组给予常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上给予全方位系统护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、心功能分级、HR水平、QTC水平及SAS评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组心力衰竭纠正时间、住院时间、心律失常转为窦性心律时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组胺碘酮不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并心律失常患者给予胺碘酮联合全方位系统护理的效果确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone combined with comprehensive system nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 70 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia from January 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were treated with amiodarone in two groups,randomly grouped,routine nursing group was given routine nursing care,and omni-directional systematic nursing group was given to patients.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The observation group LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,cardiac function classification,HR level,QTC level and SAS score were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The time to correct heart failure,the length of hospital stay,and the time to convert arrhythmia to sinus rhythm in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of amiodarone in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with heart failure combined with arrhythmias are given regular nursing combined with comprehensive systematic nursing.
