摘要
目的：评价胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常患者的护理有效性。方法选取2012年8月～2014年10月来我院进行治疗的心衰合并心律失常患者55例，患者全部使用胺碘酮进行治疗，并且在治疗的整个过程中采用优质护理的方式进行护理，观察患者恢复的状况。结果护理后，患者的病情情况得到改善。但是在护理的过程中，患者出现并发症情况，停止药物治疗或采取相应的护理措施之后患者的不良反应情况消失。结论在心衰合并心律失常的治疗过程中，采用胺碘酮治疗能够取得良好的效果，并且在治疗的过程中采用全程优质护理的模式具有极其重要的意义，能够优化治疗的效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure care patients with arrhythmia.MethodsSelected 55 patients in our hospital with heart failure combined with arrhythmia. All the patients used amiodarone for the treatment, and used the high quality nursing care in the treatment in the whole process in the way of nursing. Patients’ recovery condition was observed.Results The disease condition of patients was improved signiifcantly.Conclusion In the treatment process of heart failure combined with arrhythmia, using amiodarone treatment can achieve good results and can optimize the therapeutic effect.
