铝合金飞轮壳的低压铸造工艺分析

摘要 某铝合金飞轮壳采用低压铸造工艺制作,样件悬架连接位置出现较大面积缩松,影响结构强度,特此针对该零部件应用Procast进行铸造仿真,依据仿真结果分析缩松形成原因,并改进模具,应用改进后模具进行试制,剖切原缩松位置,对比改进后与改进前的结果。 A certain aluminum alloy flywheel shell was made by low pressure casting process,and the suspension connection position of the sample had a large area of shrinkage,which affected the structural strength.Therefore,Procast was used for casting simulation of this partIcauses of shrinkage were analyzed based on the simulation results,and the mold was improved.The improved mold was applied for trial production,and the original shrinkage position was cut.The results after improvement and before improvement were compared.
