摘要
设计将UASB+MBR组合工艺应用到乳制品废水的处理中,并通过对UASB和MBR的结构进行改进,提高了实验系统的运行效果和运行稳定性,使其具有很强的抗冲击负荷能力。UASB反应器的设计采用可升降调节高度式三项分离器和悬浮生物填料网,提高了三项分离的效果以及对废水中蛋白质的处理效果。同时,在MBR生物膜反应器内设兼氧区和好氧区有利于进一步脱氮除磷,并可实现多种组合工艺自由切换。通过试运行实验表明:应用改进后的USAB+MBR工艺处理高浓度有机废水后CODcr去除率高达98%,为后续进一步开展试验研究奠定基础。该实验系统在高校教学演示和科研模型模拟实验中具有较好的推广应用前景,也可为相关乳制品废水处理企业提供技术支撑。
This design applies the combined UASB and MBR process to treat dairy wastewater.The configurations of UASB and MBR were modified to improve the operation effect and stability of the experimental system,and it can strongly resist to impact load.The design of UASB reactor adopts three-phase separator with adjustable height and suspended biological packing network,which improved the treatment effect of proteins in wastewater.Additionally,facultative and aerobic zones are set up in the MBR to facilitate further nitrogen and phosphorus removal.At the same time,it also can realize a variety of combination process flexibly.The results of trial operation show that:r applying the modified USAB+MBR coupling process to treat high concentration organic wastewater,the removal rate of CODcr reach up to 98%,which laid a foundation for further experimental research.This experimental system has a good prospect of popularization and application in university teaching demonstration and scientific research to do model simulation experiment,and can also provide technical support for related dairy wastewater treatment enterprises.
