核心肌群中频脉冲电刺激治疗联合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中后患者平衡功能障碍的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究核心肌群中频脉冲电刺激治疗联合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年3月广西壮族自治区南溪山医院康复医学科收治的脑卒中患者60例,采用随机数字表法将60例脑卒中患者分成对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上增加核心肌群中频脉冲电刺激治疗联合核心稳定性训练,每日治疗20 min,每周5次,共治疗4周。并分别于康复治疗前和治疗后,应用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评估患者平衡能力,使用改良的Barthel指数(MBI)评估患者日常生活能力。结果康复治疗后两组患者BBS评分均较治疗前有提高(P<0.05)。康复治疗后,观察组患者的BBS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力MBI评分亦明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核心肌群中频脉冲电刺激治疗联合核心稳定性训练能有效提高脑卒中后患者平衡能力,有利于提高患者日常生活能力。 Objective To study the effects of medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation of core muscles combined with core stability training on balance function and activity of daily living(ADL)of stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The 60 stroke patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation of the core muscles combined with core stability training on the basis of the same training as the control group.All patients were treated 20 minutes a day,with 5 times a week for 4 weeks.Before and after the rehabilitation treatment,the balance ability of patients was evaluated by the Berg balance scale(BBS),and the ADL of patients was evaluated by the Modified Barthel index(MBI).Results After rehabilitation treatment,the BBS scores of both groups improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the BBS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the MBI scores of ADL were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),all with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The combination of medium frequency pulse electrical stimulation of core muscles and core stability training can effectively improve the balance ability and ADL of post-stroke patients.
