摘要
目的探究不同途径的延续护理模式在视网膜术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1至12月收治的86例视网膜术后患者作为研究对象,遵循随机数字法将其为对照组(n=43,电话途径开展延续护理)和观察组(n=43,微信途径开展延续护理)。比较两组患者的各项遵医行为优良率、生活质量、护理满意度、视网膜复位率以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的各项遵医行为优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的CLVQOL各项评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度、视网膜复位率均显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信途径开展延续护理可有效改善视网膜术后患者的遵医行为及生活质量,并提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of different ways of continuous nursing model in patients after retinal surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients after retinal surgery in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=43,continuous nursing by telephone route)and observation group(n=43,continuous nursing by WeChat route)according to the digital random method.The excellent and good rate of compliance behaviors,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,retinal trattachment rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of compliance behaviors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the CLVQOL scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and retinal reattachment rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat route can effectively ameliorate the compliance behaviors and quality of life,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients after retinal surgery.
