摘要
目的探讨俯卧位辅助用具应用于视网膜脱离手术后患者中对效量指标及并发症的影响效果。方法选取2014年11月至2016年11月本院收治进行视网膜脱离手术的患者90例，按数字随机表分为两组，各45例。对照组行常规俯卧位护理，观察组在此基础上使用俯卧位辅助用具。对比两组效量指标情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组睡眠时间、体位维持平均时间和最长时间分别为（9．46±1．28）h、（9．89±1．48）h和（12．48±1．15）h，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组腰部不适、胸闷、颈部不适、窒息感发生率分别为4．44％、2．22％、2．22％及6．67％，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组眼部疼痛感、眼球下坠感发生率分别为6．67％、31．11％，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组并发症发生率为8．89％，低于对照组的28．83％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论俯卧位辅助用具应用于视网膜脱离手术患者效果显著，可有效改善患者效量指标，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of prone position aids on the efficacy index and complications in patients after retinal detachment surgery. Methods From November 2014 to November 2016, 90 patients with retinal detachment were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was treated with conventional prone position nursing, and the observation group used the prone position aids on the basis. Compared the efficacy indicators and the incidence of complications of the two groups. Results The sleep time, the mean time and the longest time of maintaining position in the observation grolap [（9.46±1.28）h, （9.89±1.48）h, （12.48±1.15）h] were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The incidences of lumbar discomfort, chest tightness, neck discomfort, and suffocation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （4.44%, 2.22%, 2.22%, 6.67%）, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The incidence of eye pain and eye drop in the observation group （6.67%, 31.11%） were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （8.89% vs.28.83%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of prone position aids in patients with retinal detachment is effective, which can effectively improve the efficacy index of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting.
