摘要
施工建设项目中供应商的评价与选择对项目的建设和施工有着重大的影响,很大程度上供应商的合格与否能决定建设项目的成败。为了科学评价和选择物资或工程施工供应商,本文提出了基于灰色关联分析结合DANP算法的供应商评估选择模型。在第一步中,本文采用根据基于TOPSIS方法对评价指标做定性分类评价,得到初始矩阵。第二步,然后使用DANP方法得到多属性的初始影响矩阵,并计算出各指标的稳定权重矩阵。第三步,利用灰色关联分析算法综合各种属性,对各个供应商的综合评分进行评价,确定评价转化矩阵,然后根据各指标值的权重结合矩阵评分对各个供应商进行排序,从而得出符合要求的建设施工供应商或物资供应商。
The evaluation and selection of suppliers in construction projects have a significant impact on the construction and construction of the project.To a large extent,the qualification of suppliers can determine the success or failure of construction projects.In order to scientifically evaluate and select materials or engineering construction suppliers,this paper proposes a supplier evaluation and selection model based on Grey Relational Analysis and Danp algorithm.In the first step,this paper uses TOPSIS based method to make qualitative classification evaluation on the evaluation index and get the initial matrix.In the second step,the initial influence matrix of multi-attribute is obtained by Danp method,and the stable weight matrix of each index is calculated.The third step is to use the gray correlation analysis algorithm to synthesize various attributes,evaluate the comprehensive score of each supplier,determine the evaluation transformation matrix,and then sort each supplier according to the weight of each index value combined with the matrix score,so as to obtain the construction suppliers or material suppliers that meet the requirements.
