摘要
设计了一台新型转子结构的150 kW、4极感应电机,转子采用“铝导条+铜端环”组合结构,具有成本低、转子损耗低、效率高的优点。为了提高电机的散热能力,分别设计了定子轴向风道以及转子轴向风道。分析了电机电磁场分布,给出了电机的驱动性能,结果表明电机电磁场分布合理,驱动性能满足要求。温度场研究结果表明采用定子和转子轴向风道可以显著降低运行温度,新型转子结构也有效降低了电机的转子温度,对于感应电机的设计和应用具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper,a 150 kW,4-pole induction motor with a novel rotor structure is designed.The rotor adopts the combined structure of aluminum bar and copper end ring,which has the advantages of low cost,low rotor loss and high efficiency.In order to improve the heat dissipation capacity of the motor,the stator axial duct and the rotor axial duct are designed respectively.The electromagnetic field of the motor is analyzed,and the driving performance of the motor is investigated.The results show that the electromagnetic field of the motor is reasonable,and the driving performance meets the driving requirements.The stator axial duct and rotor axial duct can significantly reduce the operating temperature,and the new rotor structure can also effectively reduce the rotor temperature of the motor,which has a certain reference significance for the design and application of induction motor.
