摘要
变频驱动增加了电机的失效率和轴电流。通过分析电机绝缘系统的应力和轴电流的故障机理,以及使用变频器后对其运行可靠性的影响,提出提高变频电机绝缘系统可靠性的设计原则;借助简化的零序等值电路,分析了各因素对轴电流的影响,找出了对轴电压、轴电流及其危害进行估计的简单方法。在此基础上,改进电机的绝缘结构,提出了减小和消除轴电流的措施。
Inverter-driven increases motor's invalidation probability and axial current. After analyzing the stress in motor insulated system fault mechanism of axial and the current impact on running reliability by using inverter-driven, some design principles are suggested to improve the reliability of inverter-drlven motor's insulated system. With the predigested zero sequence equivalent circuit, the impact factors on axial current are discussed. Some easy ways to estimate axial current,axial voltage and their harm are introduced. On this basis, the structure of motor's insulated system is improved. Methods to decrease and eliminate axial current are presented.
