摘要
高校科技成果转移转化是推动我国创新体系和经济社会发展的重要力量。目前我国高校科技成果转化不容乐观,成果供需结构不平衡、科研评价体系不科学、成果转化服务滞后、中试环节投入不足、激励机制不健全等问题突出,大量科研成果长时间闲置,难以转化为现实生产力。运用路径依赖理论对我国高校科技成果转化的现实困境展开分析,并基于原始创新和市场需求两个导向,从转化思路、评价体系、中介服务、资金投入和激励机制等方面提出高校科技成果转化路径依赖的突破策略,以加快我国科技创新和经济发展的结合。
The transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is an important force to promote China's innovation system and economic and social development.At present,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in China is not optimistic.There is an unbalanced supply and demand structure of achievements,unscientific scientific research evaluation system,lagging service of transformation of achievements,insufficient investment in pilot test link,and imperfect incentive mechanism.A large number of scientific research achievements have been left idle for a long time and are difficult to be transformed into real productive forces.This paper analyzes the realistic predicament of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China by using path dependence theory.Based on the guidance of original innovation and market demand,the paper puts forward breakthrough strategies of path dependence of scientific and technological achievements transformation from the aspects of transformation ideas,evaluation system,intermediary service,capital investment and incentive mechanism,so as to speed up the combination of science and technology innovation and economic development in China.
