摘要
目的:分析2017—2019年启东市疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的流行病学特征,为进一步提升AEFI监测质量和处置水平提供依据。方法:通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统,收集2017—2019年启东市报告的AEFI个案数据并对其进行描述性流行病学分析。结果:2017—2019年启东市共报告AEFI 318例,报告发生率为44.11/10万;其中一般反应286例(89.94%),异常反应32例(10.06%),报告发生率分别为39.67/10万、4.44/10万。结论:启东市AEFI监测系统运转正常,2017—2019年发生的AEFI以一般反应为主。
OBJECTIVE To improve the monitoring quality and disposal level of suspected vaccination abnormal response(AE⁃FI)by analyzing the characteristics of suspected vaccination abnormal response in Qidong from 2017 to 2019.METHODS The data of AEFI cases reported by China Immunization Program Information Management System from 2017 to 2019 were exported for de⁃scriptive epidemiological analysis.RESULTS A total of 318 cases of AEFI were reported in Qidong from 2017 to 2019 with a report⁃ed incidence of 44.11/100000.There were 286 cases(89.94%)with general reaction and 32 cases(10.06%)with abnormal reaction.The reported rates were 39.67/100000 and 4.44/100000,respectively.CONCLUSION The AEFI monitoring system in Qidong was functioning normally and the general response to AEFI which was in 2017-2019 was predominant.
