摘要
目的分析2017-2019年濮阳市疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)病例的监测情况。方法收集中国免疫规划信息管理系统中2017-2019年濮阳市报告的AEFI个案信息,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果2017-2019年濮阳市共报告AEFI个案2291例,报告发生率为58.87/10万剂次,一般反应占97.12%,异常反应占2.66%,严重AEFI占0.31%,非严重AEFI占99.69%。男女性别比为1.31∶1;2岁以下儿童占72.37%;主要集中在5-9月份,占53.34%;华龙区报告例数最多(24.40%)。报告发生率最高的疫苗为无细胞百白破疫苗(523例,85.87/10万剂次);临床诊断以发热/红肿/硬结和过敏性皮疹为主。99.91%的AEFI病例转归痊愈。各项监测指标均达到了全国监测方案年度指标要求。结论濮阳市AEFI监测系统运转正常,报告AEFI个案以发热/红肿/硬结和过敏性皮疹等一般反应为主,疫苗接种安全性良好。
Objective The study is to analyze the surveillance of Adverse Event Following Immunization(AEFI)cases in Puyang city from 2017 to 2019.Methods The case information of AEFI was collected from Puyang city 2017 to 2019 through the China Immunization Information System.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data.Results A total of 2291 AEFI cases were reported from Puyang city 2017 to 2019,the incidence rate of AEFI reported was 58.87 per 100000 doses;general vaccine reaction and abnormal vaccine reaction accounted for 97.12%and 2.66%,respectively.Serious AEFI accounted for 0.31%,and non-serious AEFI accounted for 99.69%.The sex ratio of men to women is 1.31:1;AEFI cases under 2 years old accounted for 72.37%.The cases mainly occurred from May to September,accounting for 53.34%.The highest AEFI cases were reported from Hualong district(559 cases).The highest AEFI incidence was resulted from DTaT vaccine(523 cases,85.87 per105 doses).The mainly clinical diagnoses were fever/red and swollen/induration and allergic rash.99.91%of AEFI cases had been cured.All surveillance indicators met the requirements of the annual indicators in the national surveillance protocol.Conclusions The AEFI surveillance system runs well in Puyang city.Non-severe cases such as fever/red and swollen/induration and allergic rash were the main cases.
