摘要
职业启蒙教育是连接教育与职业的一座桥梁,是开展职业教育的根基,是帮助智障学生更好地就业的关键。因而培智学校应在义务教育阶段为其提供包括职业意识、职业认知和职业技能这三个维度的职业启蒙教育,并在职业体验活动、学科渗透教育和个别化教育的共同作用下推动职业启蒙教育的有效实施,为智障学生后续的职业教育和离校后的就业生活奠定坚实的基础。
Vocational enlightenment education is a bridge connecting education and occupation,the foundation of vocational education,and the key to help students with intellectual disabilities to get better employment.Therefore,in the compulsory education stage,the school should provide vocational enlightenment education in three dimensions including professional awareness,vocational awareness and vocational skills,and promote vocational education under the combined effect of vocational experience activities,subject penetration education and individualized education.The effective implementation of enlightenment education has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up vocational education and employment life of students with intellectual disabilities after leaving school.
