摘要
为探究硝酸盐对苜蓿半干青贮发酵品质和营养成分的影响。试验以半干苜蓿为原料,在干物质含量大于50%的条件下,设置0.10、0.15、0.20 g/kg 3个NaNO_(3)添加量处理组与空白对照组,每组3个重复,青贮270 d后测定发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明,半干苜蓿原料不使用添加剂直接青贮可以获得品质较好的苜蓿青贮饲料;与对照组相比,0.2 g/kg的NaNO_(3)添加量处理对苜蓿半干青贮品质无影响,但具有抑制青贮发酵的作用。研究表明,在安全范围内添加硝酸盐可以抑制发酵,并且有效保留苜蓿半干青贮发酵品质和营养成分。
To explore the effect of nitrate on the fermentation quality and nutritional components of alfalfa haylage,semi-dry alfalfa was used as raw material.Under the condition that the dry matter content was greater than 50%,three NaNO_(3) treatment groups and blank control group were set at 0.10,0.15 and 0.20 g/kg,with three replicates in each group.After silage for 270 d,measure the fermentation quality and nutrients.The results showed that the semi-dry alfalfa raw materials could be directly silaged without additives to obtain better quality alfalfa silage.Compared with the control,the addition of 0.2 g/kg NaNO_(3) had no effect on the quality of alfalfa haylage,but it could inhibit the fermentation of alfalfa.The study indicates that adding nitrate within a safe range can inhibit fermentation and effectively retain the fermentation quality and nutrients of alfalfa haylage.
