利用隶属函数法分析胡枝子抗旱性 被引量:98

摘要 文中实验采用人工模拟水分胁迫方法,利用高渗溶液提供标准化的水分逆境条件,研究5种胡枝子2年实生苗的抗旱性,并采用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行了综合评价。根据主成分分析选择含水量、相对含水量、水分饱和亏、自由水、束缚水、MDA、Chl.a、Chl.b、Chl、SOD、SP和Pro 12个指标进行隶属函数分析,对各胡枝子12个指标的隶属函数值进行计算并求平均值,以评价其抗旱顺序。结果表明,模糊隶属函数法可以避免单一指标的片面性,能较全面地评价胡枝子的抗旱性。根据隶属函数平均值的大小对胡枝子抗旱性进行排序,抗旱性由强到弱的顺序为:达乌里胡枝子、牛枝子、尖叶胡枝子、截叶胡枝子和阴山胡枝子。 Artificial water-stress was used in studying the drought resistance of 5 Lespedeza species of 2 years seedlings in this experiment.Using high permeability solution with standardized moisture adversity condition,the drought-resistances of them were evaluated with principal component analysis and subordinate function method.According to the principal component analysis,water content,relative water content,water saturation deficiency,free water and irreducible water,MDA,Chl.a,Chl.b,Chl,SOD,SP and Pro were chosen to analysis the subordinate function;calculating Lespedeza’s 12 indices of subordinate function values in order to assess its drought-resistant sequence.The result showed that the fuzzy membership function method can avoid the one-sidedness of the single indicator and provide a more comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of Lespedeza.According to the average size on drought resistance of 5 Lespedeza species,the order from strong to the weak is as follows: L.daurica(Laxm.)Schindl,L.potaninii V.Vass,L.juncea(Linnf.) Pers,L.cuneata(Dum.-Cours.)G.Don,L.inschanica(Maxim.)Schindl.
