摘要
研究表明,单增李斯特菌能使人和牲畜共同患病,治病感染性极强,并且已成为四大食源性疾病致病菌之一,因此,对于食品中单增李斯特菌的检测尤为重要。主要介绍国标法和快速检测单增李斯特菌的方法,对我国食品安全问题的管理工作以及保障社会的稳定具有十分重要的意义,并且对国内外不同检测单增李斯特菌的方法做出了整体的比较,对比其检出限与灵敏度,尤为突出快速检测法,力求在保证稳定性的前提下提高其检出率,并列举出不同的快速检测方法,探讨了快速检测出单增李斯特菌的未来发展方向。
It is well known that Liszt can make people and livestock sick,has high treatment infectious,and has become one of the four major food-borne diseases,so the detection of Listeria monocytogene in food is particularly important.This article mainly introduces the National Standard Method and the method of rapid detection of Listeria monocytogene,which is of great significance to the management of food safety problems and the stability of society,in addition,this paper makes an overall comparison of the detection limits and sensitivity of different methods for the detection of Listeria monocytogene,especially the fast detection method,in order to improve the detection rate under the premise of ensuring stability,in this paper,different rapid detection methods are listed,and the future development direction of single Listeria monocytogene detection is discussed.
