摘要
现代企业间传统的竞争已逐渐演化为供应链间的竞争,供应链管理作为提高企业竞争力的重要手段,其关系管理会对企业绩效产生一定的影响。文章结合企业结构资本,实证检验了供应链集中度对企业绩效的影响及路径。结果表明:供应链集中度对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;企业经营风险在供应链集中度和企业绩效之间发挥中介作用,即供应链集中度通过降低企业经营风险进而促进企业绩效的提升;企业较高的结构资本能够强化供应链集中度对企业绩效的正向影响,且企业较高的结构资本可以促进供应链集中度对于企业经营风险的缓解,进而增强供应链集中度对企业绩效的正向影响。研究结果从企业经营风险角度探讨供应链集中度对企业绩效的作用机制,为企业开展供应链管理实践、提升绩效提供了有益启示。
Traditional competition among modern corporates has gradually evolved into the competition among supply chains.As an important means to improve the competitiveness of corporates,supply chain relationship management will affect corporate perfor⁃mance to some extent.This paper empirically tests the impact and path of supply chain concentration on corporate performance based on corporate structural capital.The results show that:supply chain concentration has a significant positive impact on corpo⁃rate performance;operational risk plays an intermediary role between supply chain concentration and corporate performance,that is,supply chain concentration improves corporate performance by reducing operational risk;the higher corporate structured capital can strengthen the positive impact of supply chain concentration on corporate performance,and the higher corporate structured cap⁃ital can mitigate its operational risk,thus enhancing the positive impact of supply chain concentration on corporate performance.The results of this study explore the mechanism of supply chain concentration on enterprise performance from the perspective of business risk,and provide useful inspiration for enterprises to carry out supply chain management practices and improve perfor⁃mance.
