摘要
单弯螺杆下部钻具组合在水平段力学分析时,如何精确处理螺杆弯角和多个变截面等问题十分困难。为此,利用微元法和连续梁理论,并综合考虑钻井参数、井眼几何参数和钻具组合结构参数等各种影响因素,建立了单弯螺杆下部钻具组合统一力学模型。以单弯单稳螺杆钻具组合和单弯双稳螺杆钻具组合为例,模拟计算了单弯螺杆下部钻具组合在水平段导向钻进时各种因素对控制井斜能力的影响规律。研究结果表明:适当增大螺杆弯角、减小肘点和稳定器距钻头的距离以及增大稳定器外径,都可以增大钻头侧向力,提高钻具的增斜效果;钻压对钻头侧向力影响不大。研究成果可为单弯螺杆下部钻具组合管柱的优化设计提供理论支撑。
At the time of conducting mechanical analysis on single-bend PDM assembly in horizontal section,it is very difficult to accurately deal with the problems such as screw bend angle and multiple variable cross sections.In the paper,based on integrated consideration of influencing factors such as drilling parameters,wellbore geometry parameters and BHA structure parameters,the infinitesimal method and continuous beam theory were used to build a unified mechanical model of single-bend PDM assembly.Then,the single-bend and single-stabilizer PDM assembly and single-bend and double-stabilizer PDM assembly were taken for examples to carry out simulation calculation of effects of various factors on deviation control ability at the time of guided drilling of single-bend PDM assembly in horizontal section.The study results show that the bit side force can be increased and the angle build effect of the drilling tool can be improved by appropriately increasing the screw bend angle,reducing the distance from the elbow point and stabilizer to the bit and increasing the outside diameter of the stabilizer;and the effect of WOB on bit side force is not large.The study results solve the problems such as discontinuous deformation and multi-stiffness of single-bend PDM assembly string,and provide theoretical support for the optimum design of single-bend PDM assembly string.
