摘要
随着我国公路交通行业的迅猛发展,沥青混凝土路面成为我国主要的路面结构形式。但越来越多的沥青路面半刚性基层在行车荷载和环境等因素的耦合作用下出现了一系列的诸如反射裂缝等病害,从而使路用性能大大降低,增加了养护成本。现有工艺中橡胶沥青应力吸收层可有效减缓反射裂缝等病害的出现,但国内对橡胶沥青应力吸收层的抗裂性能研究较少。因此通过自行设计的将伺服液压试验机、静态电阻应变仪相结合的抗裂试验,分别测试不同橡胶沥青用量下的嵌挤式橡胶沥青应力吸收层的抗裂性能。结果表明:当橡胶沥青的用量为3.0kg/m^(2)~3.2kg/m^(2)时,其性能达到最佳。研究结果可为今后沥青路面的建设和改造提供参考,具有较好的运用前景。
Asphalt concrete pavement is the main pavement structure in China,however with the rapid development of China’s highway transportation industry,more and more asphalt pavement semi-rigid bases have appeared a series of defects such as reflection cracks due to the coupling of driving load and environment,which thereby greatly reduces the road performance and increases the maintenance cost.Nowadays,the rubber asphalt stress absorption layer can effectively reduce the occurrence of defects such as reflection cracks,but there is less research on the anti-cracking performance of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer in China.In this paper,the crack resistance test that is self-designed and combines the servo hydraulic tester and static resistance strain gauge is carry out to test the crack resistance of the impact-absorbing rubber asphalt stress absorption layer under different amounts of rubber asphalt.The results show that when the amount of rubber asphalt is 3.0 kg/m^(2)~3.2 kg/m^(2),its performance reaches the best,which provides reference for the construction and upgrading of asphalt pavement in the future and has a good application prospect.
